This flow class, inspired by the dynamic Ashtanga sequence, is perfect for those who wish to build strength and increase flexibility. We focus on rhythmic breath throughout to fuel the practice and calm a busy mind. A set sequence of postures is included with a fusion of creative vinyasa flow.
