Join me for a unique Pranayama (Breathwork) practice designed to calm your mind, invigorate your body and deepen your connection to yourself.

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by thoughts and unable to meditate? Are you struggling with constant stress, anxiety and interrupted or sleepless nights?

This class will be designed to invite gentle movement to enhance the flow of energy in your body.
Learn various pranayama techniques to help still the mind and calm the nervous system.
We then transition into a meditative state allowing the mind to rest and to enter a profound state of peace and relaxation.
