Theater en yoga voor kinderen van 4-6 jaar is een geweldige manier om hun taal-, sociale, motorische en emotionele vaardigheden te ondersteunen op een manier die perfect aansluit bij hun speelse en verbeeldingsrijke wereld. Naast theater werk ik vanuit de yoga als basis om creativiteit, focus, rust en balans te stimuleren.

Deze toegankelijke vinyasa flow klas is gebaseerd op de fundamentele elementen en basis houdingen (asanas) van Vinyasa yoga. De les is in een opbouwende flow ontwikkeld, om je te begeleiden door 'sun salutations', 'warriors', 'balances' en 'backward bends', Ondersteund door muziek, kun jij je de terugkerende houdingen eigen maken. Een mooi gevolg is een steeds flexibeler en sterker lichaam en geest. Tegelijkertijd kun je genieten van de meditatie en het laten stromen van jouw energie. In mijn yin lessen ligt de focus op zelfzorg, door middel van aandacht, ademhaling en ontspanning, waardoor je het tempo van je drukke leven kunt vertragen en je het hoofd, het hart en het lichaam weer met elkaar koppelt. Dit door het oefenen van verschillende yogahoudingen (asana’s), ademhalingsoefeningen (pranayama) en mindfulness. Iedereen kan meedoen, man en vrouw, van jong tot oud en beginner of gevorderde. Yoga gaat niet over hoe lenig je bent of over prestatie, maar om aandacht en intentie. Je wordt rustig aan flexible door weer thuis te komen bij jezelf. Gedurende deze bijzondere periode van je leven mag je tijd en ruimte vrij maken voor jou en je kindje, dat verdienen jullie!
Tijdens de ontspannen en praktische lessen gaan we werken aan sterkere spieren, ademhalingsoefeningen en houdingen die jou en je kindje gaan helpen tijdens je zwangerschap, de bevalling en bij het herstel na de bevalling.
Dit doen we door een yoga flow aan te bieden waar mindfullnes en ontspanningsoefeningen in zijn verwerkt. Je zult merken dat je houding verbetert en je minder snel moe wordt als je regelmatig zwangerschapsyoga doet.
Yoga ervaring is niet nodig. Je kunt vanaf 12 weken zwangerschap instromen en de lessen blijven volgen tot 1 a 2 weken voor je uitgerekende datum.
Margriet, onze gecrediteerde docent op dit gebied, gaat jullie begeleiden.
Gedurende deze bijzondere periode van je leven mag je tijd en ruimte vrij maken voor jou en je kindje, dat verdienen jullie!
Tijdens de ontspannen en praktische lessen gaan we werken aan sterkere spieren, ademhalingsoefeningen en houdingen die jou en je kindje gaan helpen tijdens je zwangerschap, de bevalling en bij het herstel na de bevalling.
Dit doen we door een yoga flow aan te bieden waar mindfullnes en ontspanningsoefeningen in zijn verwerkt. Je zult merken dat je houding verbetert en je minder snel moe wordt als je regelmatig zwangerschapsyoga doet.

Janna was born in the Naarden and grew up in south-africa. She studied (hot) power yoga & vinyasa yoga in the mindfulness trainings at the well renowned African school The Yoga Life. She is the founder of the school and received her additional accreditation in yin yoga in the Netherlands. Janna has been teaching more than 10.000 hrs since 2019, opened the B Well brand and yoga school at B Amsterdam and is now working on her 500hrs certificate to coach other aspiring yoga teachers .
As the child of a psychologist father and mother director of elementary schools, Janna loves to inspire men, women and children. Mindfulness training and breath work is part of every practise.
Through her own journey, she is passionate to create a balanced lifestyle for you, where your wealth becomes your wellbeing. She also uses her theater and film background (Academy Maastricht) to support authentic, emotional expression & regulation in a safe space.

Het kinderyoga lesprogramma is opgebouwd uit lessen van 1uur 15. De yoga -en ademhalingsoefeningen worden ondersteund door creatieve en speelse expressie. De korte (visuele) meditatie elke les past bij de opbouw van het programma en kan thuis geoefend worden. Ook leert jouw zoon / dochter meer over rituelen, de kleuren van de chakra's en de werking ervan.
Via creatieve expressie, discipline en humor werken wij aan samenspel en autonomie. Innerlijke rust, een goede focus en een gezonde dosis eigenwaarde zijn waardevolle bijkomstigheden!

Ouder en Kind Yoga – Samen ontdekken, bewegen en ontspannen!
Op zaterdagochtend om 9:00 uur bieden we een speciale Ouder en Kind Yogales! Dit is een mooie kans voor kinderen om zelf te ervaren wat hun ouders bij ons doen en samen op een speelse manier met yoga bezig te zijn.
Tijdens de les werken we aan balans, kracht en ontspanning, terwijl we samen plezier maken en verbinding creëren. Kinderen worden geïnspireerd door de oefeningen en ontdekken hoe leuk en ontspannend yoga kan zijn. Een waardevol moment van samenzijn en samen sporten!
