Daughter of a professor in psychology & mother director elementary schools. Studied (hot) power yoga & vinyasa yoga in the mindfulness trainings at the well renowned African school The Yoga Life. Accredited as an additional yin yoga teacher in the Netherlands. Has been teaching more than 10000 hrs since 2019, opened a B Well brand and yoga school at B Amsterdam and founded her own school in Muiden and is working on her 500hrs certificate. Loves to inspire men, women and children though the power of vulnerability into a balance of body and mind: a healthy lifestyle where wealth becomes wellbeing. Using her theater and film background (Academy Maastricht) to inspire authentic, emotional expression & regulation in a safe space.

Amine is trained in classical ballet and modern dance for over 25 years, vinyasa yoga and pilates since 2013 and yin and restorative for the last 5 years. She is attracted to the matt in finding steadiness and stillness, warming up and cooling down, stretching and relaxing, balancing the yang and yin energies. Amine will help you build a pleasant experience, with personal guidance in meditation, movement and breath. Most postures will be in lying and sitting positions using blocks and pillows. Some will be standing up, gently flowing through mindful transitions. Try for yourself if you want to wind down and restore at the end of the day. Open for all levels.
