In deze 4 weekse cursus spelen we samen toneel door veel te bewegen en uit te beelden. We beleven avonturen die onze fantasie en verbeelding prikkelen en door het uitbeelden oefenen de kinderen hun expressie en onze motoriek. Super leuke lessen waarin je lekker jezelf kan zijn! Een plek waar je jouw liefde voor theater helemaal kan ontdekken en laten gaan! Naast theater werk ik vanuit de yoga als basis om focus, rust en structuur te genereren.
Theater voor kinderen van 4-6 jaar is een geweldige manier om hun taal-, sociale, motorische en emotionele vaardigheden te ondersteunen op een manier die perfect aansluit bij hun speelse en verbeeldingsrijke wereld.
Wat ze kunnen leren;

Deze toegankelijke vinyasa flow klas is gebaseerd op de fundamentele elementen en basis houdingen (asanas) van Vinyasa yoga. De les is in een opbouwende flow ontwikkeld, om je te begeleiden door 'sun salutations', 'warriors', 'balances' en 'backward bends', Ondersteund door muziek, kun jij je de terugkerende houdingen eigen maken. Zaak ik wel consistent te blijven oefenen, een mooie volgende stap na de yin yang lessen. Een mooi gevolg is een steeds flexibeler en sterker lichaam en geest. Tegelijkertijd kun je genieten van de meditatie en het laten stromen van jouw energie. Lachen en uitgedaagd worden, dat gaat hier hand in hand! De welverdiende laatste houding, de savasana, brengt rust. Jouw adem is jouw gids.

Amine is trained in classical ballet and modern dance for over 25 years, vinyasa yoga and pilates since 2013 and yin and restorative for the last 5 years. She is attracted to the matt in finding steadiness and stillness, warming up and cooling down, stretching and relaxing, balancing the yang and yin energies. Amine will help you build a pleasant experience, with personal guidance in meditation, movement and breath. Most postures will be in lying and sitting positions using blocks and pillows. Some will be standing up, gently flowing through mindful transitions. Try for yourself if you want to wind down and restore at the end of the day. Open for all levels.

Wil jij met (zelf) vertrouwen, rust en positiviteit zwanger zijn en bevallen?
Gedurende deze bijzondere periode van je leven mag je tijd en ruimte vrij maken voor jou en je kindje, dat verdienen jullie!
Tijdens de ontspannen en praktische lessen gaan we werken aan sterkere spieren, ademhalingsoefeningen en houdingen die jou en je kindje gaan helpen tijdens je zwangerschap, de bevalling en bij het herstel na de bevalling.
Dit doen we door een yoga flow aan te bieden waar mindfullnes en ontspanningsoefeningen in zijn verwerkt. Je zult merken dat je houding verbetert en je minder snel moe wordt als je regelmatig zwangerschapsyoga doet.
Yoga ervaring is niet nodig. Je kunt vanaf 12 weken zwangerschap instromen en de lessen blijven volgen tot 1 a 2 weken voor je uitgerekende datum.
Margriet, onze gecrediteerde docent op dit gebied, gaat jullie begeleiden.

Open les om mee te kijken! Het kinderyoga lesprogramma is opgebouwd uit lessen van 45 minuten. De yoga -en ademhalingsoefeningen worden ondersteund door creatieve en speelse expressie. De korte (visuele) meditatie elke les past bij de opbouw van het programma en kan thuis geoefend worden. Ook leert jouw zoon / dochter meer over rituelen, de kleuren van de chakra's en de werking ervan.
Via creatieve expressie, discipline en humor werken wij aan samenspel en autonomie. Innerlijke rust, een goede focus en een gezonde dosis eigenwaarde zijn waardevolle bijkomstigheden!

Deze toegankelijke vinyasa flow klas is gebaseerd op de fundamentele elementen en basis houdingen (asanas) van Vinyasa yoga. De les is in een opbouwende flow ontwikkeld, om je te begeleiden door 'sun salutations', 'warriors', 'balances' en 'backward bends', Ondersteund door muziek, kun jij je de terugkerende houdingen eigen maken. Een mooi gevolg is een steeds flexibeler en sterker lichaam en geest. Tegelijkertijd kun je genieten van de meditatie en het laten stromen van jouw energie. Lachen en uitgedaagd worden, dat gaat hier hand in hand! De welverdiende laatste houding, de savasana, brengt rust en extra zelfliefde. Jouw adem is jouw gids.

Met het verstrijken der jaren verandert ons lichaam en kunnen we symptomen ervaren als verlies van kracht, flexibiliteit en vitaliteit. Maar ook klachten als bijv. chronische pijn, slaapproblemen en depressiviteit kunnen optreden.

Yin yang yoga is een fusie van yin yoga en yang yoga. Het combineert dus het zachte, aandachtige en rustige van yin yoga met het vurige en krachtige van yang yoga. Je begint de yin yang yogasessie op yin wijze: rustige, tragere oefeningen met veel aandacht voor de ademhaling en mindfullness, om vervolgens te verschuiven naar een krachtige flow, waarbij gecontroleerde adem en krachtige bewegingen samenwerken (gericht op de spier stimulans), om vervolgens in een vloeiende overgang weer terug te keren naar een totale ontspanning. De yin en yang wisselen elkaar af. Een uitstekende manier om de brug te slaan naar jouw dagelijkse leven en de korte momenten van ontspanning gedurende een drukke dag ook volledig te leren ervaren, zodat jij je goed oplaad voor de rest van de dag. Zoals je ziet spreken de yin en yang elementen elkaar helemaal niet tegen: ze ondersteunen en vullen elkaar aan!

Deze energieke vinyasa heart opening flow klas is gebaseerd op de fundamentele elementen en basis houdingen (asanas) van Vinyasa yoga. Heart openers zorgen voor meer zuurstof en dus meer energie, super fijn dus gedurende deze transitie naar de winter, waar vermoeidheid de kop op steekt doordat er steeds minder zonlicht is. Daarnaast reduceert de les stress en creëert ontspanning en een kalme geest.
Een mooi midden tussen de Easy Flow en de meest krachtige les, de Power Yoga.
De les is in een opbouwende en krachtige flow ontwikkeld met heel veel heart openers ofwel backward bends. Ondersteund door muziek, kun jij je de terugkerende houdingen eigen maken. Een mooi gevolg is een steeds flexibeler en sterker lichaam en geest. Tegelijkertijd kun je genieten van de meditatie en het laten stromen van jouw energie. Beschrijving
Yin Yoga is een eeuwenoude meditatieve vorm van yoga en biedt een tegenhang aan de talloze prikkels die we dagelijks tot ons (moeten) nemen. Tijdens het beoefenen van de Yin Yoga wordt het bindweefsel op een ontspannen manier maximaal belast, door 2 tot 5 minuten in een houding te blijven. De Yin Yoga houdingen zijn vooral bedoeld om het bindweefsel rond de heupen, de knieën, de enkels, het bekken en de wervelkolom te beïnvloeden. Door de Yin Yoga houdingen worden ook de betreffende gewrichten beweeglijker en actiever.
