Our Barre Define class is always fully booked and for good reason. This is the perfect class if you love a stronger faster paced workout, Our Barre Define class is more pilates based with core and cardio elements but once we get to the barre it's no hold backs, prepare to feel the burn.

This is a great class for beginners to advanced clients who want to start their barre week with a bang!
