This class offers the perfect balance of strength and surrender to flow into stillness. Beginning with Hatha-inspired postures, we focus on alignment, breath, and building awareness in the body through slow, mindful movements. The flow of the sequence builds gentle heat, encouraging a deeper connection to your body’s natural rhythm. We work with traditional principles of yoga to incorporate body-mind & spirit.
As we transition into the Yin portion, we slow down and hold postures for longer durations, inviting deep release in the muscles and connective tissues. This restorative practice helps unlock tension and cultivate stillness, promoting both physical and mental relaxation.
