Women's Warrior Training
The offering I am presenting in this weekly class is unique. This is a holistic approach to Warrior training specifically designed for women based on the best techniques gleaned from martial traditions around the world. I use a two-fold approach to learning 1: Play and 2: Stress Inoculation. At this class you will Play! and work and Play. You will learn to develop your own daily routines to stay fighting fit, learn self defense and the best real world hand to hand combative techniques. You will learn how to deal with stress and build will power. You will learn how to fight standing, on the ground, as a team, against multiple attackers, how to fight with knife, stick and gun, and how to defend against armed attackers. Classes are designed in a rotating curriculum and repeat every 8 weeks so even if you can't make every class every month you won't miss out.
