Hello and welcome!
I'm very happy to be here to support you with Yoga. Enjoy this 60 mins Mixed Level class lovingly crafted to both ground and uplift you. During class you will learn the essentials of pose alignment (asana) along with simple meditation (dhyana) and breathing techniques (pranayama). You can expect both static postures with longer holds and shorter flow sequences which progress at a comfortable pace. Together we will gently stretch, strengthen, balance and flow. Because we are all uniquely different, I will give you a variety of modifications that keep you safe and options to challenge yourself as well. Above all, our purpose is to cultivate presence and increased awareness through mindful movement of your body with breath. Finding ways to connect with ourselves and each other is more important than ever these days. This class offers you that perfect opportunity. Please know that you are welcome just as you are.
