Description
The course is designed to build up your strength and flexibility over a 6 week period so you feel confident to enter any Yoga class.

The course will also teach you the value of your breath and techniques for relaxation. Each week there will be a review of what was learned in the previous week so if you are unable to attend a class for any reason you won't be left behind.
The course fee is not refundable.
The course is at the Kingston Park Community Centre which is just next to the Kingston Park metro station and the large Tesco. Class is in the main hall which is straight ahead of you when you enter the building. There are toilets with space to change if you are coming straight from work.
Please bring a yoga mat with you.
