Class is held at St. Aidan's Community Centre in centre of the Brunton Park estate. Parking available on the street, at the shops or the GP surgery car park which shares space with the community centre.

This mini-workshop is designed for total beginners, or individuals who would like to refine their practice.  The focus will be on the sun salutation but there will be time for some standing poses, breathing practices and of course, rest.

Class is held at St. Aidan's Community Centre in centre of the Brunton Park estate. Parking available on the street, at the shops or the GP surgery car park which shares space with the community centre.

There is a class being held prior to this class. If the doors are closed please wait quietly in the hallway until they are opened so that your fellow yogis can enjoy their final moments of rest :) Thank you!
