This is an in person class. All equipment is provided. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water. For allergy reasons, we are a scent-free zone. No perfumes or strong smelling deoderants, body lotions etc. If you are exhibiting signs of cough, cold or any COVID-19 symtoms please stay home.

Zoom yoga class with Kathy. This class is online. You need a device with a camera, good wifi and yoga mat, block, bolster and strap. Please set up your camera a good distance away from your mat (at least 6 feet/2 metres). To substitute any yoga props, you can use a blanket, cushion, scarf and book.
Zoom room opens 5 minutes before class. We will start on time.
