General terms of Kathy White Yoga
These terms and conditions for Kathy White Yoga are legally binding and any question about the terms can be addressed to kathy@kathywhiteyoga.com.
By participating in Kathy White Yoga classes you are declaring yourself fit and healthy and able to do yoga. You are aware of any limitations or health issues that may restrict or hinder your movement and will seek professional advice (if needed) to see if yoga is the right activity for you. Kathy White Yoga or any teachers in the studio or online are not responsible for any damages that may occur in a yoga class. You are always invited to work at your own level, if you push beyond this and damage yourself as a consequence, this is your responsibility and Kathy White Yoga cannot be held liable for any damages that occur.
By signing up for Kathy White Yoga classes you agree to these terms.
All sales for yoga class passes are final – no refunds and no transfers.
Expiry dates of class passes will be respected. Unused credits when a pass expires can not be transfered to a new pass. All class passes automaticaly have a two week grace period added to the expiry date. No extensions will be given beyond this.
There is a 24 hour cancellation notice required to cancel a class and have the credit added back to your pass.
All passes are non transferable.
Payment for products and services by credit card will be processed in US Dollars at the time of payment. Kathy White Yoga is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates of additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made from Kathy White Yoga. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Kathy White Yoga provides access to highly secure and encrypted payment sites of STRIPE and PAYPAL, please read their terms and conditions when using. We are not liable for any issues that may arise from using these payment sites.
Prices for Classes and Class passes are subject to change with two weeks notice.
Kathy White Yoga reserves the right to cancel, modify or discontinue classes (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Kathy White Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
