“Respect your body, love yourself, and from there, you will understand and empathise with others better, and vice versa.
Don’t expect everything to happen naturally and easily, if you desire something, strive harder, put your heart and effort into it, and success will come to you.”

Description
Every form of yoga from Ashtanga to Vinyasa can be described as Hatha Yoga. Hatha means forceful in Sanskrit, with 'Ha' meaning the Sun and 'tha', which means the moon. Hatha yoga balances the masculine aspect of the sun - active and hot, and the feminine aspect - receptive and cool. Hatha Yoga is a path towards creating balance and uniting opposite. In our physical bodies, we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our efforts and surrender in each pose. Hatha yoga emphasizes static poses incorporating breathing exercises compared with more movement or flow. Hatha Yoga is a powerful tool for self transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuation of mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.
