Description
Step onto your mat and dive into the transformative practice of Ashtanga yoga. In this class, you'll flow through a dynamic sequence of postures that will challenge your body, clear your mind, and awaken your spirit.
Led by a skilled instructor with years of experience, you'll be guided through each posture with attention to detail and breath. You'll move through a series of standing postures, seated postures, and inversions, building strength, flexibility, and balance along the way.
This practice is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. If you're new to yoga, our instructor will provide modifications and options to help you safely and effectively move through the sequence. And if you're a seasoned practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your practice and explore new aspects of the practice.
