Description

The Darkness of midwinter invites us to indulge in deep rest.
Across two hours we will explore relaxation of the body through the slow and gentle yin postures. Followed by a profoundly soothing yoga nidra practice.
Wear your coziest clothes and bring your yoga mat, favorite blanket, and a pillow or a bolster.
Yin Yoga is: a very slow form of postural yoga. You will be supported in each posture by props and allowed to rest into it for several minutes. There will be options to receive assisted stretching and massage like touch in each posture to aid in relaxation of the body.
Yoga Nidra is: a very deep form of guided meditation for deep rest. This guided mediation takes body mind and spirit through deep layers of rest.

The investment for this is £25 and can be paid by card when you book.
The class size is small, so do secure your place ASAP.
Accessibility: this is a physically very gentle experience. There is no pre-requisite for experience of physical yoga or meditation.
