Description
🌟 Dive into the World of AcroYoga with Lars! 🌟
Our AcroYoga Beginners Workshop is held regularly, welcoming participants of all ages, including beginners. Each session runs from 10:00 to 12:30 on Sundays, alternating between our Bern studio at Monbijoustrasse 114 and an outdoor location in Köniz during the summer. The workshop includes a comprehensive introduction to AcroYoga, covering roles such as the Base, Flyer, and Spotter, along with essential safety practices.
Participants will engage in partner warm-up exercises to build connection and prepare for the dynamic parts of the practice. We then dive into foundational AcroYoga poses, with the possibility of linking them into simple flow sequences if everyone feels comfortable. The workshop also includes introductory headstand and handstand techniques, with plenty of assistance to ensure everyone can practice at their own level.
Lars, our experienced and passionate instructor, is dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment. With over ten years of teaching experience, Lars specializes in helping beginners build confidence and skills. Participants often praise the workshop for its clear explanations, supportive atmosphere, and the sense of community it fosters.
