Hey Students, we hope the 4:30 gives you that earlier equipment option you were looking for. Come join June in fundamentals of Pilates and the Tower apparatus. All levels welcome! Beginners encouraged! In this 45 minute class we will dive into the 6 Pilates techniques: Breathing, Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, and Flow of Movement.
