Vinyasa Flow practice introduces flow to the yoga asana (poses).Vinyasa allows for the poses to flow from one to another, linking the movement to the breath. It is during this connection that we find the space in our body, mind and soul. This class is a Vinyasa level 1. Suitable for beginners and all abilities.
