Description

Vinyasa Flow practice introduces flow to the yoga asana (poses). Compared to Hatha yoga, which focuses on one pose at the time, Vinyasa allows for the poses to flow from one to another, linking the movement to the breath. It is during this connection that we find the space in our body, mind and soul.

The class will consist of active and passive stretches, using the breath to release tightness through the body.
We will use props to encourage the release of tension in the fascia (connective tissue around the body). Working on building up core strength and balance will also be part of our schedule. This class is suitable for all abilities.
