Description
Lydia first started practicing yoga when her children were toddlers, she couldn’t believe what a difference it made to how she felt about herself and motherhood. Just an hour a week to focus on herself made all the difference. Lydia went on to train as a vinyasa, pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher and now focuses her time on supporting and caring for women from pregnancy through to motherhood.
Lydia brings her love of yoga and passion for postnatal support and recovery to the LION Postnatal Yoga Class. The class is open to all levels of ability and experience. It’s a gentle vinyasa style classes with lots of opportunity for rest and relaxation. Babies are of course welcome but the focus of the class will be on you.
Suitable for mums with babies over 6 weeks (12 weeks post c-section) until your baby is on the move. Feel free to feed, change and attend to your baby at any time. Tea and biscuits available post session.
