Yin is back at LION!
Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues such as ligaments, bones and joints, in turn stimulating the energetic flow of the subtle body.
Passive and soft poses are used within the practice, the challenge is to maintain the postures for long periods of time, whilst bringing awareness to the breath and presence of mind, which in turn cultivates inner strength and outer flexibility. There is a power in stillness and the regular practice of stillness whilst focusing the mind brings mental clarity.
