Description
Friendly, fun and inclusive parent and baby yoga class for all new parents. Focused on building community and/or helping you reconnect with your body post-natally. Bring your baby (if you want!), and stay for a cuppa and some snacks afterwards.
We run every week bar holiday periods, and you’re welcome up to and after you finish maternity, paternity or adoption leave.
NB: if you’ve given birth, you should take a minimum 6-8 weeks of recovery before returning to physical practice. You must be signed off by a medical professional before you attend class.
