And here is our Sunday Flow! Every Sunday, to end your week in style, one of our teachers in residence will offer you a nice Sunday flow, around a theme that particularly touches them. This class will be a creative vinyasa, blending strength-work, flexibility, fluidity, always in the signature style of the teacher who will be guiding the practice that day.
10th November Theme: Yoga for Back Health
Description: This class is tailored for those who suffer from back pain and are seeking to increase strength and flexibility. We’ll guide you through specific exercises designed to target and fortify your back and core muscles, helping to alleviate pain and prevent future discomfort. Starting with deeper, more intensive movements to build strength, we’ll gradually transition to soothing stretches and relaxation techniques, including foam rolling, to release tension. You’ll leave equipped with easy, effective exercises you can practice at home anytime for ongoing relief and back care.

Ce cours sera un vinyasa créatif, mêlant travail de force, souplesse, fluidité, toujours dans le style signature du professeur qui guidera la pratique ce jour-là.
