What a great way to end your week! The class will contain a few restorative poses which use props to support your body in relaxing poses for an extended time. This helps to release old habitual tension and to find ease and comfort in your body again. Some gentle movement, breathing, meditation or yoga nidra may also be included in some classes. Being able to rest and let go is a learned skill and one we need to practice regularly. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and ready to roll into the weekend with a clear mind and a happy heart.
