Do you suffer from pain, injury or discomfort in your shoulders?
Would like to continue practicing yoga but don't want to aggravate your issue and don't know how to modify your practice to suit you?
Would you like to learn some techniques to help strengthen and mobilize your shoulders?

Workshop includes:
* Understand the anatomy of the shoulders and the surrounding tissues
* Learn about common shoulder issues
* Practice yoga therapy techniques to relieve pain and instability in the shoulders
* Explore alternative poses and ways to practice when you are attending a yoga class.

Not only will you leave the workshop with a strong and supple shoulders, but you will be armed with information to help you continue your yogic journey with ease and grace.
