Description
This class reviews the foundational yoga poses and practices, giving more alignment cues and explanation, and reminding us of the benefits and reasons why we do this practice. This class will help to build your confidence and knowledge of yoga and how to practice it to suit your needs. It will include all the usual yogic delights such as asana/poses, pranayama/breathing, restorative yoga, meditation and savasana/rest. It is suitable for beginners and regular students.
