My training began years ago through various courses and seminars (mat, hypopressive, pregnant, props, sup pilates) and I am also a Chiromassage. Since then I have not stopped updating, learning and teaching this wonder that for me is the Pilates Method.
My latest training was with the Peak Pilates international school in Mat Pilates, Reformer, Cadillac, Low & High Barrel and Wunda chair.
Classic Pilates respects the principles of the method at all times, understanding Pilates as the master Joseph Pilates invented it.
Focusing on the Powerhouse, respects and maintains the order of the exercises, activating the body in a progressive and conscious way.
Turning the method into a trinity between body, mind and spirit✨
