I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.

A slower paced class, perfect for any one new to pilates. A great place to familiarise yourself with both the machine and the movements. Also perfect for those who prefer a slower, more deliberate paced class and suitable for any one healing from an injury.
