My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. Description
Using the jumpboard (a board at the end of the reformer to jump against whilst lying down to add a little cardio hit) some strong resistance work on the reformer, core and finishing with some lovely stretches, leaving you feeling invigorated, strong and flexible!
