Gill is a BASI Pilates®️ Mat and Comprehensive Pilates teacher. She has been teaching in London for over 12 years, in Spain and Portugal, and also online. She is passionate about making the benefits of Pilates inclusive and accessible to everyone, no matter what age, ability or goal.

My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings.
