Description
This class combines two styles of yoga - Hatha Flow and Yin. The first portion of the class will be a Hatha Flow - dynamic, warming, connected to your breath movement. The practitioner will enjoy building some strength, stamina and balance. The second portion of the class, we will move into long-hold yin poses - passive, cooling, and still, focusing on the deep connective tissues and joints. Suitable for All Levels.
