Julia practices each morning with Charlie and trained with Bharath Shetty at IndeaYoga. Julia’s aim is to make yoga accessible to all and applies a trauma informed and nurturing approach to her classes.

THUMBS! Part of the Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes Series
This workshop will look at the anatomy of the thumb, how we can increase mobility and strength in this digit that is often overused. If you have thumbs this workshop is for you, we will roll, release, strengthen and retrain the digit that helps you grasps and clasp every day.
If you are a yogi who is working on handstand or any hand balance this workshop is for you, however if you have thumbs then this workshop is for you, you don’t need to be working on standing on your hands.
All equipment is provided so you only need to take yourself along.

Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes Series
The head, shoulders, knees and toes series are workshops that target specific body areas, to give you the knowledge to apply the massage techniques to yourself at home. Each workshop will focus on one area, looking at the anatomy of that area, exploring what we are rolling and why. Some workshops in this series include strengthening exercises to compliment the rolling.
