Build on a practice of gratitude and heart openers. In this class we will be moving slower through our yoga practice making it easy to follow along as we work on breath, balance & increased flexibility. New/beginner yogis will love the ease of being able to follow along and learn poses while more advanced yogis will enjoy being able to deepen their yoga practice by focusing on breath.
