Bridget is subbing for Ronda this evening and its a great opportunity to try a new class!
With the heat rising outside it also raises the heat inside and our body works extra hard to help keep it cool. This can make our internal fire or our Agni overwork and stressed which can lead to feeling more tired, stressed, higher anxiety or any number of other things that imbalance our mind & body.
