Description

The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali describes five kleshas (obstacles or afflictions) that cause us suffering. Through this mindful movement and meditation class we will develop a healthy awareness of the kleshas in order to move toward liberation and connect with our true selves once more.

You do not need any prior knowledge or experience with meditation or the kleshas. Simply come with a curiosity and interest in diving deeper into yoga's ancient wisdom.
