Description
Nidra is a practice of letting go and resetting the nervous system. You'll be completely supported throughout the practice with what allows you to surrender and find the most ease while you take the position of rest. Options include pillows, bolsters, blankets, an eye pillow or light scarf to lay across the eyes. We will start with a few preparatory poses and then rest in savasana or a supported seated pose. This "yogic sleep" is an effortless meditation that is practiced lying down and is deeply relaxing and restorative.
