This class is designed for those who are looking for a slower class & have never practiced yoga or seek more personalized attention than might be received in a general yoga class. Gain confidence and familiarity with poses & ideas presented in a yoga class. Build a solid foundation for your yoga practice. Learn through demonstration, clear instruction, and proper use of props for safety.
