If you are joining us via Zoom, please sign up for this class.
Start your day off with Sunrise Yoga. Students will coordinate movement and breath to flow from one pose to the next. Modifications will be offered for all levels of students. In this class you will increase flexibility, build strength & stability & incorporate breathe with movement .
Zoom Link & Passcode will be emailed to you approximately 30 minutes prior to class start.
