General terms of Madly Calm
Athalee Brown founder of Madly Calm is fully qualified to lead these classes and has been approved with these Breathing, Meditation, Cold Therapy certified qualifications to be a member and insured with the ProRisk - Health Professional Insurance.

GENERAL TERMS
1: Classes taken with Madly Calm online are to be practiced within your physical capabilities, and if you have any pre existing medical conditions it is advised you see you medical practitioner for approval before starting.
2: Athalee Brown will professionally guide you and instruct you in the safest possible manner to the best of her ability at all times, it is your responsibility to practice to your. ability and health conditions.
3: Madly Calm will respond to your questions and will to the best of their ability and within reason, assist with any personal requirements
4: Madly Calm accepts no responsibility for any injury incurred within your own home whilst attending an online Madly Calm class.
5: Madly Calm respects your privacy and is committed to storing and processing your personal data securely and using it effectively in order to protect your privacy and provide high-quality breath-work and meditation instruction and related services.
6. A pass or membership is not refundable, exchangeable, transferable or can be extended beyond the expiry date.
7: All purchases are final.Madly Calm does not offer refunds on services and products on the basis of changing your mind, for illness, for injury or any other reason.
8: Class Cancellation to a booked Madly Calm online class must be made within 12 hours prior to the start of that class.
This is to be done through the Momoyoga online booking system. Emails and phone messages will not be accepted.
If you do not attend a booked session and have not cancelled within the window of time stated above then you will be charged for the class.
9: In attending classes with Madly Calm you agree that neither you or your legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Athalee Brown for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
