Yoga in the Park is a wonderful way to connect with nature, awaken your senses, align with the elements, and move your body!

For all levels, including those brand new to yoga. Poses are taught in progressions so you can explore from a place that feels right for you.

Anderson Farm County Park is located at 914 Union Rd Oregon WI. We will meet on the grassy area under the trees near the small parking lot next to Arthur Sholts Memorial Woods.


Please bring:
1. yoga mat
2. folded blanket or thick towel for extra cushioning or to place under your mat
3. yoga props if you have them (block, strap, etc)
4. water bottle
5. sunscreen/sunglasses/hat/bug spray
