Mindful Yoga blends the wisdom of Alignment Yoga with qualities of mindful awareness to guide students in the discovery of renewed connection and gentle release of tension patterns. Students develop strength, flexibility and balance in body and mind through this timeless practice.
For all levels, including those brand new to yoga. Poses are taught in progressions so you can explore from a place that feels right for you.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a folded blanket or thick towel. Blocks and straps will be provided OR you are welcome to bring your own.
