Description
Hybrid Yoga incorporates a combination of chair & floor practice, along with mindful awareness, for a well-rounded, balanced practice of renewed discovery & re-patterning of compensatory habits. Students are never weight bearing on wrists or knees in this class, and we explore accessing poses more efficiently & safely through the support of a chair. Students will need to be able to move from floor to standing (& vice versa) with relative ease.
Please bring your own yoga mat. All other props will be provided unless you wish to bring your own from home.
