PLEASE BRING A MAT, CUSHIONS, BIRTHING / FIT BALL AND ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT YOU NEED TO KEEP YOU COMFORTABLE. CLEAN WIPEABLE CHAIRS WILL BE AVAILABLE. WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT.

LOCATION: Littlemore Village Hall, Railway Lane, OX4 4PY. There is plenty of parking. The hall is on the 3A bus route.
PARKING: please use the road parking or wait until the previous group has left (7.40ish) before using the hall car park.
FULLY ACCESSIBLE.

Suitable for all women and teens of any size, shape and ability, including post-natal, pregnant, perimenopausal and menopausal. This is an inclusive, supportive and non-judgemental space.

Our class will be a gentle yoga flow, including postures, relaxation and breath work. We will come together as women of all ages and stages, to create a beautiful yoga circle to strengthen, stretch and soothe.

Session led by Sara Barker, Women’s Health, Pregnancy, Post-natal and Baby specialist. Trained in Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Yoga and Pilates, with over 30 years experience. Fully insured.

COVID:
To ensure everyones safety we have decided to keep Covid Safe measures until further notice.

I am fully vaccinated and will take a LFT before class.

Littlemore Village Hall a lovely big, well ventilated and very clean space, which has been set up to be Covid safe. The hall Trustees are continuing with Covid safe measures, and will restrict hall users activities and carry out enhanced cleaning.

Please take a Lateral Flow Test before coming to class.

If you (or your baby) have Covid symptoms please do not come to class, and organise a PCR test. Do not rely on a negative Lateral Flow Test to rule out Covid symptoms, get a PCR test and follow NHS advice.

Class numbers will remain limited.

Mats will remain spaced at 2m.

Please maintain 2m social distancing unless you are wearing a mask.

Please use the sanitiser on entry and at any point during the class as you feel necessary.

Anti-viral spray and paper towels are available for extra cleaning.

Windows and doors will remain opened to enable good air flow. Dress warmly if needed.

The room will be well ventilated before and after class for at least 15 minutes.

There will be no partner work for now.

No equipment is provided apart from clean, wipeable chairs.

Hands on prompts and prop help will be with permission only. I will wear a mask and sanitise before.
