This class is suitable FROM WEEK 14 of your pregnancy, right through to the end of your pregnancy. Beginners welcome.
As this is an on line session, all women are welcome to join, but the focus will be on pregnancy yoga.

Suitable for all pregnant women and people, of any size, shape and ability. This is an inclusive, supportive and non-judgemental space, where we support all forms of respectful parenting.

If you are having any pregnancy complications please let us know and we can discuss the suitability of classes. You may be able to do some or all of the class, yoga is very adaptable! Please make sure you have medical clearance for attending classes if needed.

In our classes we practice easy yoga to safely relieve pregnancy aches and pains, and to strengthen our bodies for the demands of birth and motherhood. Our yoga is carefully designed to help you towards a healthy and joyful pregnancy, easy birth and speedy post-natal recovery!
