Description
Classes are suitable from 6 WEEKS to too wiggly (approximately 10 months). As this is an on line session if your little one is older and would enjoy the class please feel free to join.

Useful equipment: a clear space to put your yoga mat, cushions, a chair, musical instruments to amuse your baby, birthing ball (optional), your own music.

Suitable for all post-natal women and people, of any size, shape and ability. This is an inclusive, supportive and non-judgemental space, where we support all forms of feeding and respectful parenting.

Session led by Sara Barker, Women’s Health, Pregnancy, Post-natal and Baby specialist. Trained in Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Yoga and Pilates, with over 30 years experience. Fully insured.

These are lively classes where you and baby can play! Each class supports a different aspect of your baby’s health and development. There is always time for post-natal yoga, pilates and relaxation for you too! Graded exercises are suitable for all levels including C-section mums.
We use lots of songs and movements to make the sessions fun and memorable.
