Description
An incredible immersive weekend of learning tried and tested methods to help you prepare physically and mentally for childbirth. Plus the skills of how to work as a team to help make it a powerful and life-affirming experience.

These two workshop are designed to work together and have evolved from decades of experience and offering them to 100s of couples over the years! Simply put this will give you the best possible chance to put these skills into place when it matters.

The first day is for women and pregnant people only, so we can really embed the deep work needed for childbirth. The second day is with birth partners so those skills can be fully supported and enhanced by fantastic partner care (more info below).

Only 3 spaces are available, so these are highly individual sessions with lots of attention to your particular needs and building up your skills.

Extensive handouts, videos and ongoing support are provided.

The would make an excellent gift and may well be one of the more important purchases you make!

‘How to birth your baby’ (pregnant women & people only)

A calm and deeply nurturing experience to help you feel supremely confident about the birth of your baby.

We dive deep into ‘Planet Birth’, covering how to move through a ‘surge’ or contraction, how to breathe and relax, what positions to use, how to conserve your energy, how to deal with the strong sensations and experiences of childbirth, how to support the hormones and physiology of childbirth, and top tips for tricky moments.

The session includes waterbirth and VBAC preparation, Birthlight yoga, Spinning Babies methods and rebozo practices. Many women say at the end of the workshop ‘I’m really looking forward to it now!”.

‘How to be a brilliant birth partner’ (with birth-partners)

The focus is on providing you and your birth-partner with an amazing and powerful tool-kit you can use whatever path your childbirth experience takes.

We focus on massage and rebozo techniques for pain relief, partner assisted birthing positions and how your partner can support you through this life changing event, so you can both feel confident about the birth of your baby.
