Description
Join us for a 1.5 hour workshop of restorative yoga & yoga nidra to reset the nervous system and create the relaxation response. The workshop will include 60 minutes of restorative yoga postures, fully supported by props, to allow the body to let go and rest deeply. The final 30 mins will be a Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation known as "yogic sleep". During the workshop we will explore a theme that will help to reset the nervous system, promoting a sense of balance and wellbeing in the body & mind. Self care, self love.
