This class is centered around age appropriate yoga poses and breath work. Children ages 3-5 will have a chance to engage in yoga games, songs, stories, and activities that will provide them with the tools a they need to help them relax and feel calm. Yoga is a great way to help children improve their focus and attention span. Creative games and simple breath work can help children regulate emotions and self control. Yoga is also a great way for children to build self confidence, make new friends, and have fun!!!
