Explore the world of mindful movement with our Kids Yoga Series designed for middle schoolers to 9th graders. This series combines playful poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to promote physical well-being and emotional balance. Each session fosters a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging mindfulness and self-discovery through the joy of yoga.
This series will begin 4/26 and end 6/21. There will be no class on 5/24
